I appreciate that seeking therapy of any kind can be a daunting process. I also understand that it’s important that you find the right person for you.

My own life journey has been a real roller coaster ride of some lows mixed with some highs. During this journey I have been lucky enough to encounter some inspirational people who have helped me, guided me and encouraged me to become the person I am today. I have undertaken my own personal development and transformation, becoming more compassionate and empathic than previously. I have moved from being somewhat skeptical about some therapies to really being able to see the difference they can make to a persons life. The therapies I offer are those I have used myself and use regularly in my life.

My reiki practice has enabled me to treat a wide variety of people, as well as myself, and I continue to learn how this wonderful self-healing tool can help us in life. 

If you come to see me I will listen to you and discuss a process aimed at helping you to overcome the challenges you face. I work creatively and organically. I have recently undergone training in family constellations and may offer that as well as the EFT, Reiki and Matrix re-imprinting depending upon your needs and suitability.  I adhere to the EFT code of practice as laid down by the Matrix Re-imprinting Academy.  I work respectfully and confidentially with you.
